I better post these before they go out of fashion. Halloween morning was spent waking up unusually early to go to my favourite flea market. I picked up a beautiful antique wooden chair for my vanity table and an old framed map (pictured in the last shot). I had been out the night before to an amazing cabaret but both the flea market and the cabaret were worth the lack of sleep. People say sleep when you're dead, but I guess that doesn't count on Halloween. Influenced by all my recent readings questioning the roles of gender in society and female surrealists like aforementioned Leonora Carrington I put on a 'stache but kept the lingerie. Boo!
I've started to realise that picture blogs that don't solely focus on outfit shots inspire me much than the archetypical fashion bloggies. Besides, fashion is so much more than a good outfit. Here is a girl who I love to follow: polkadots & vodkashots from half of my hometown - Oslo.
